Responsibilities
* Lead and grow a high‑performing region of Financial Directors.
* Build and maintain long‑lasting client relationships.
* Collaborate closely with the Chief Commercial Officers – Matthew Mills and Chris Holliday.
* Act as a CEO mindset, driving strategy, growth and autonomy.
Requirements
* Strong business strategy understanding and a proven track record of success.
* Experienced in sales, client engagement and team leadership.
* Self‑starter with a ‘can do’ attitude, ambition, energy and passion for helping others.
* Be a regional local or adopt the local network within the region.
