Senior Product Designer – Loyalty & Propositions
12 Month Contract
Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office (central London)
Our Retail client is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join a Loyalty & Propositions team, working on customer loyalty schemes that deliver meaningful experiences and value. This is an exciting opportunity to shape propositions that engage millions of customers.
What You'll Do:
* Lead end-to-end design across UX and UI, from discovery and research through to delivery and iteration.
* Define and test new propositions with customers, ensuring designs are intuitive, accessible, and impactful.
* Run workshops and ideation sessions to align stakeholders and uncover insights.
* Use tools like Figma and Miro to create wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs.
* Partner with user researchers to validate concepts and improve experiences.
* Advocate for the customer voice and champion design thinking within the team.
Experience Required:
* Proven experience in customer-centric environments, ideally within loyalty schemes or propositions.
* Strong background in User Research, Testing, UX/UI Design, and workshop facilitation.
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Proficiency in Figma, Miro, and usability testing methodologies.
* Ability to balance creativity with commercial and technical considerations.
* Knowledge of W3C accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
