£90 - £130 Per day
Job Duties:
Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in the classroom.
Assisting the class teacher in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students.
Providing one-to-one support to students with SEN to facilitate their learning and development.
Helping to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Collaborating with the SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) and other staff members to address the individual needs of students.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance.
Education:
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Experience:
Prior experience working with students with SEN in an educational setting.
Knowledge and Skills:
Understanding of different learning needs and strategies to support students with SEN.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or higher.
Additional training in supporting students with specific needs, such as autism or dyslexia.
Working Conditions:
The role involves working in a classroom environment, supporting students with SEN under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO. The position is temporary and requires full-time availability during school hours
