We are supporting an innovative Oxfordshire-based healthcare technology company in their search for a Marketing Executive to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys variety, wants to work across campaigns, content, events and CRM, and is excited by the idea of joining a business at an important stage of growth and commercialisation.
Their technology is helping to improve access to advanced medical imaging, with the potential to make low-dose 3D X-ray imaging more accessible at the point of care.

The Role
Working as part of the commercial team, you will support the delivery of marketing campaigns and wider brand activity across the business.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating trade shows and conferences in the UK and internationally
• Managing relationships with external event and brand partners
• Supporting tactical marketing campaigns aligned to commercial objectives
• Creating and coordinating marketing collateral and email campaigns
• Using CRM data to monitor campaign and sales activity
• Supporting the development of product messaging and value proposition
• Working cross-functionally to ensure marketing activity is aligned with business priorities
• Supporting partners with marketing materials and event activity where needed
Desired Qualifications and Experience
• A-levels or equivalent as a minimum qualification
• Previous experience in a marketing role
• Experience working in a fast-paced commercial environment
• Experience managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot or another CRM platform
Skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Commercial awareness
• Good understanding of multi-channel marketing activity
• Able to work across both campaign planning and day-to-day execution
• Comfortable producing or coordinating high-quality marketing materials
