Job Title: Payroll Administrator
Location:Doncaster
Salary: Up to £26,500
Contract: Full Time – 3-month Fixed Term Contract
Working Structure: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote)
The Role
We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our team and provide essential administrative support to the Payroll function, particularly during busy processing periods. This role is key to ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery while supporting employees and managers with their payroll queries.
Key Responsibilities
Download payroll-related documentation from the Earnie payroll system
Upload P60s and maintain payroll records in Workday HRIS
Respond promptly to payroll queries from employees and managers
Support payroll processing during peak periods
Monitor shared payroll inboxes and escalate queries where appropriate
Maintain and update employee payroll information in Workday
Provide administrative support for payroll projects as required
Skills & Experience
Previous administrative or payroll support experience is desirable
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Comfortable using HR or payroll systems
Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional, responsive, and team-oriented
