At Reed Swindon, we’re growing our Sales Division and we're looking for someone ambitious to join a high‑performing, supportive team and grown our presence in the Engineering & Manufacturing sector. Working with clients who sell physical products, you'll cover a large geographical patch from Berkshire to Wales.

What you’ll be doing:
🔹 Managing and growing a regional recruitment desk
🔹 Building trusted, long‑term client partnerships
🔹 Winning new business and expanding existing accounts
🔹 Managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from briefing to placement
🔹 Providing meaningful market insight and tailored recruitment solutions
