Responsibilities
* Lead on specific aspects of encompass implementation to ensure that nursing and midwifery practice is represented and configured in epic, to support person-centred safe effective service delivery, post go-live.
* Provide professional leadership to the development and maintenance of a regional digital approach to nursing & midwifery care planning using the underpinning principles of PACE to support safe and effective, person-centred implementation of encompass
* Develop and maintain the regional approach to evidence based nursing and midwifery practice and clinical decision support through implementation of a standardised nursing and midwifery terminology for encompass.
* Develop and deliver ongoing programmes of education to support a digitally capable nursing and midwifery workforce that records practice, care and treatment effectively in encompass.
Skills and Qualifications
* Hold a relevant university degree or equivalent qualification.
* Hold current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience at Senior Management Level or 5 years’ experience at Middle Management level in a Major Complex Organisation.
* Delivered against challenging performance management programmes for a minimum of 2 years’ meeting a full range of key targets and making significant improvements.
* Have worked with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internal and external to the organisation, to achieve successful outcomes for a minimum of 2 years’.
* Demonstrate high level people management, governance, leadership and organisational skills for a minimum of 2 years’.
* Hold a current full driving licence which is valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment.
* 'Where disability prohibits driving, this criteria will be waived if the applicant is able to organise suitable alternative arrangements.’
* Accredited qualifications in Project Management.
* Accredited Digital Clinical Safety Practitioner.
