We are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to support our client, a leader in independent retirement living. This is your chance to join a dynamic, fast-growing team where your dedication to service excellence will be truly valued.
What you will be responsible for:
1. Provide outstanding customer service via a variety of channels
2. Respond to and resolve customer queries and complaints
3. Act as a brand ambassador for your client
4. Ensure the customer is at the heart of every conversation
5. Be the first point of contact for all customer queries
What you'll bring:
1. Outstanding written communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style for each customer
2. A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service with an empathetic approach
3. Experience in complaint handling
4. Ability to work well within a team
5. Confident IT skills
6. Flexibility, professionalism, drive, and willingness to learn
Working Hours and Location:
1. Part-time - 20 hours per week
2. Week 1: 14:00-18:00, Monday to Friday
3. Week 2: 14:00-18:00, Monday to Wednesday; 08:00-12:00, Saturday; 12:00-16:00, Sunday
4. This role is based in our office in Southend-On-Sea
