We’re on the hunt for an Event Coordinator who's a master of multitasking, thrives under pressure, and loves collaborating with passionate teams.
What You’ll Do:
* Coordinate and deliver all kinds of events — from the chic to the corporate — across our properties.
* Finalise bookings, manage Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and keep everyone in sync from kitchen to front-of-house.
* Work closely with sales, chefs, stylists, and suppliers to make magic happen.
* Tackle last-minute curveballs.
* Be our event calendar guru — organised, responsive, and always one step ahead.
* Jump in on Saturdays and work outside the 9–5.
What You Bring:
* At least 4 years of experience coordinating events.
* Qualifications in events or hospitality are a big plus.
* Next-level customer service — you don’t just meet expectations; you blow them away.
* Cool head under pressure and razor-sharp attention to detail.
* RSA & RCG certified.
* Current driver’s license and your own vehicle.
* Familiar with Tripleseat and Visio/Event Draw? Even better.
