Team Personal Assistant – Temp (3 Months) | £21.63/hr | City of London
Leading global insurance firm at the heart of the City of London is seeking a proactive, and highly organised Team PA to support our Professional and Executive Risk team.
Start Date: ASAP (subject to vetting checks
Location: City of London (Hybrid: 4 days office / 1 day WFH after training)
Rate: £21.63 per hour PAYE
Duration: 5 weeks (with potential for extension)
What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinating travel and logistics for meetings, seminars, and conferences
Managing complex diaries across multiple stakeholders
Handling expenses with precision and speed
Supporting onboarding for new joiners alongside HR, IT, and Training
Proofreading and polishing documents to a professional standard
Keeping electronic files organised and up to date
Assisting with small in-office events (think catering, invites, schedules)
Tackling ad hoc admin tasks like formatting branded materials, presentations, and more
What They’re Looking For
Proven experience as a PA in a corporate setting, ideally supporting multiple teams and senior leaders
Background in Insurance or Financial Services (a plus, not a must)
Advanced Outlook skills and strong diary/travel management experience
Confident across MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with SAP Concur (bonus points!)
Meticulous attention to detail, proactive mindset, and a trustworthy nature
