Main duties

The post holder is responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy care as an autonomous practitioner within a rotational framework across Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust.

Professionally, the physiotherapist is legally accountable for their practice, maintains accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation in line with CSP and Trust standards, and ensures safe and competent use of physiotherapy equipment. The role includes supervision of assistants and students, contributing to appraisal processes, and supporting competency development within the team.

They adhere to Trust policies and values, maintain confidentiality, uphold health and safety standards, and contribute to the effective and efficient use of resources.
