Key Responsibilities As an Accounts Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service while leading and supporting a talented team. • Manage workflow, review team output and ensure deadlines are met • Prepare budgets, fee quotations, accounts and tax computations • Maintain regular and effective communication with clients • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal procedures • Support the development and implementation of improved departmental processes • Monitor team performance and address personnel matters • Oversee the allocation and effective use of departmental resources Skills, Knowledge & Expertise • Ideally ACCA or ACA qualified with strong practice experience • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of accounting standards • Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills • Organised, proactive and skilled in managing workloads and deadlines
