Hours: Various shift patterns available Driving license essential About the Role At term time teachers, we are looking for an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join a boarding school near Westerham. In this role, you will support students with physical disabilities and complex medical needs, enabling them to achieve meaningful independence and personal development. Key Responsibilities: Assist students with daily living activities, including personal care, mealtime assistance, and mobility support. Implement and follow care plans to ensure the well-being and safety of students. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support. Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with school policies and procedures.Shift Patterns, to suit you: Pattern 1: Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM Pattern 2: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM - 4:00 PM, with Friday 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM Pattern 3: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with Friday 8:30 AM - 2:00 PMAbout You: We are looking for individuals who are: Empathetic and patient, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
