They physically have a global presence around the world; and are a renowned and respected employer who have a strong focus on training and developing staff The role of Director of Assembly and Supply Chain Operations: The Director of Supply will be a key architect in shaping the future of operational excellence within the company. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional standards throughout all production facilities. With a relentless focus on efficiency and performance, the successful candidate will embed best-in-class practices that elevate output and deliver outstanding value to customers. Working closely with the board and other Directors, the successful strategic leader will ensure functions are aligned with strategic priorities, delivering measurable impact across cost, quality, delivery, and end-to-end efficiency. The individual will drive both strategic direction and day-to-day execution across three key essential areas: Supply Chain Assembly Operations Quality Assurance Essential Criteria for the role of Director of Assembly and Supply Chain: A relevant 3rd level qualification OR demonstration of significant comparable experience A minimum of 5 years' experience in a very senior leadership role specifically strategically over both supply chain and assembly operations Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance methods and systems Proven track record in the oversight of end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics and supplier performance Strong leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and driving cost efficiencies Ability to influence others and establish strong working relationships Results orientated with ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into operational delivery Clean current driving license If interested, contact Hugh Nugent or Darren McVicker for a confidential conversation on - / Skills: director suppy chain procurement assembly Benefits: 30% Bonus / Healthcare / Car Allowance
