Job Title: Drivers Mate
Location: Wellingborough (Finedon Road Industrial Estate)

Pay Rate:
* £12.72 per hour (PAYE)
* £14.26 per hour (PAYE including holiday pay)
Shift Details:
* Average shift length: 9 hours
* Monday to Friday (flexibility may be required)
Role Overview:
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Drivers Mate to join a busy team based in Wellingborough. This role involves assisting the driver with deliveries, ensuring goods are handled safely and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting the driver with loading and unloading goods
* Manual handling of heavy items
* Ensuring deliveries are completed efficiently and safely
* Providing excellent customer service at delivery points
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
1. Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
2. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
3. Good communication skills
4. Ability to work as part of a team
5. Must be able to travel to the Finedon Road Industrial Estate for a 06:00 start
