Join us as a Distribution Assistant, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our examination material reaches learners around the world. Have you ever wondered how an exam paper is created and processed? At Group Print and Operations, we securely print over half a billion A4 pages each year and deliver them to millions of learners across more than 170 countries. Once completed, centres return the papers to our distribution centre, where our scanning team digitises scripts so examiners can mark them electronically.
Key Responsibilities
* Securely handle physical and electronic exam materials, always ensuring absolute confidentiality.
* Complete tasks efficiently and accurately in line with departmental processes.
* Maintain service benchmarks and support planning activities.
* Identify and escalated issues promptly.
* Support continuous improvement by sharing ideas and collaborating with colleagues.
* Follow Health, Safety and Wellbeing procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
* Build positive working relationships across teams.

Shift & Working Hours
Shift work (including night shift) is required during peak parts of the year, depending on organisational need. Standard working hours: 8:30 am – 4:15 pm Monday – Friday (3 pm finish on Fridays). Shift times rotate between early shift (6 am – 1:30 pm), late shift (1:45 pm – 9:15 pm), and night shift (9:15 pm – 6:30 am Monday – Friday, with early finishes on both shifts on Fridays). A shift premium of 20% is paid (30% for nights).

Desirable Criteria
* Knowledge of a production or distribution environment.
* Experience working with database systems.
Interview Process
