Overview

Responsibilities
* Participate in pre-commencement activities to maximise opportunities, efficiency and profitability.
* Review the project scope of works to ensure precise provision of the customer’s requirements.
* Lead the identification of project risks and opportunities, and mitigate or enhance them as appropriate.
* Ensure engineering solutions are procured and delivered to financial and commercial objectives.
* Provide accurate and timely information on site progress to the Project Manager and Commercial Lead.
* Manage any sub-contract resource where applicable.
* Provide leadership to project team members within your area of control, maximize performance and ensure objectives are met.
* Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
* Ensure project is closed out in accordance with customer requirements, maximizing project profitability.
Scope
Project management, coordination, installation and commissioning of large-scale MEP, HVAC and specialist mechanical systems retrofit for a large hospital/healthcare facility. Initial project value £10M+.
Qualifications & Experience
* Industry-recognised mechanical trade or professional qualification.
* Experience on high-value mechanical building service projects (£10M+).
* Experience in roles such as Mechanical Project Manager, Mechanical Contracts Manager, Mechanical Site Manager, MEP Manager or E&M Manager within the building services sector.
