Community Rehabilitation Programme Facilitator - EssexPermanent£24,000Are you passionate about helping people make lasting, positive changes in their lives?Join The Forward Trust as a Community Rehabilitation Programme Facilitator and support adults aged 18+ on their journey to recovery from drug and alcohol dependency.As a Programme Facilitator, you’ll play a vital role in delivering the SHARP Programme, a structured, evidence-based recovery model rooted in the 12-Step Approach, delivered in a community day rehab setting. Please note this role is located in Braintree, Essex. You’ll be responsible for: Facilitating daily group sessions and structured interventions.
Managing a caseload of service users and supporting their recovery journey. Conducting assessments and coordinating admissions with Recovery Workers across the Essex region. Supporting transformational change, helping individuals build new lives in recovery. What We’re Looking ForWe are looking for someone with the following experience and skills: Flexibility to meet the needs of the service as it develops.
Carry out assessments, designing and implementing SMART care plans. A positive problem-solving approach with the ability to focus on key issues quickly and clearly. Effective negotiating and influencing skills.
