We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organisation into its next phase of growth and innovation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in management and leadership, with a proven track record of supervising teams and overseeing financial operations. As the CEO, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's vision and goals.
* Develop and implement the Foundation's strategic plan in alignment with its vision, mission, and values
* Provide leadership to the executive team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all departments.
* Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that all programmes and activities run smoothly and effectively.
* Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure the company's financial health.
* Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and charitable governance requirements.
* Identify and secure funding opportunities through grants, donations, and partnerships.
* Develop long-term strategies to strengthen financial stability and growth.
* Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while promoting ethical business practices.
* Represent the company at public events, conferences, and meetings to enhance its profile in the industry.
Experience
* Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably as a CEO or in a similar capacity.
* Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire teams.
* Extensive supervisory experience with an emphasis on developing talent within the organisation.
* Solid understanding of financial management principles and practices.
* Strong understanding of Islamic values, community dynamics, and charitable governance.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, and must be able to communicate via multiple languages, for example, Bangla, English, Urdu.
* Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and fundraising initiatives.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
