Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Registered Service Manager to oversee our supported living services in Stourbridge, Dudley. You’ll be responsible for three unique services, each supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, behaviours of distress and complex care needs in the Dudley area. Every person we support has their own story, strengths and aspirations, and we’re looking for a manager who is visible, approachable and actively engaged in daily life across the services.

Responsibilities
* Oversee three supported living services in the Dudley area, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, behaviours of distress and complex care needs.
* Be visible, approachable and actively engaged in daily life across the services.
* Lead with a proactive, professional and person-centred approach to inspire the team.
* Contribute to community initiatives aimed at promoting wellbeing and enablement for the people supported.
* Organise activities and apply a flexible approach to meet changing needs (e.g., events, trips).
Qualifications and Training
* Full training is provided, with the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
* Seniority level: Mid-Senior level
