As a front of house supervisor you'll be responsible for running and organising a shift.
This will involve:
* Delivering great customer service at all times.
* Opening the bar and preparing for service.
* Closing the bar and cleaning down after a day of service.
* Day to day cash handling.
* Taking food orders from tables and tills.
* Running food orders from kitchen to table.
* Alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks service.
* Preparing and serving aesthetically pleasing coffees and other hot drinks.
* Keeping the bar and bar equipment clean and tidy.
You will assist the manager with admin responsibilities such as writing up rota's, ensuring payroll hours are correct and stock ordering.
* Candidates must be well presented, punctual and show high levels of personal hygiene.
* Candidates must be confident, well spoken and friendly with both customers and colleagues.
* Have previous experience of a supervisory role in a food and beverage environment.
* The ability to communicate effectively at different levels with a wide range of people.
* The ability to multi-task, prioritise and deliver a high quality of work in a pressured environment.
* The ability to handle demanding and difficult situations with the public in a calm and confident manner.

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
