Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing support for budgeting and forecasting processes. This role is crucial in maintaining the financial health of the organisation and requires a strong analytical mindset along with excellent organisational skills.
Duties
* Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts
* Prepare and process financial transactions in accordance with company policies
* Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
* Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant financial information
* Prepare reports for management on financial performance and variances
Experience
* Experience in a similar financial administration role
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
* Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
* Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
