As Commercial Director, you’ll sit on the executive team and lead the next stage of growth—driving sales, marketing, and long-term customer success with purpose, precision, and ambition.

Your Impact:
* Shape and lead the go-to-market strategy across the public and private sectors (health, education, employment)
* Build and mentor a high-performing commercial team
* Drive performance through insight, systems, and data
* Guide marketing and positioning to reflect a human-first, evidence-led brand
* Strengthen and expand strategic relationships across NHS, Deparment of Education, local authorities, employers, and insurers
* Collaborate with the CEO and board on forecasting, value creation, and long-term growth

* Bring senior commercial leadership experience from SaaS, tech4good, or health-tech
* Have sold into complex B2B/government environments (e.g., NHS, social care, education, local gov)
* Know how to build scalable commercial engines while keeping culture front and centre
* Use insight, not instinct, to drive performance
* Lead with emotional intelligence—holding high standards with compassion
* Understand the commercial dynamics of mission-led or regulated markets
* Feel a connection to inclusion, neurodiversity, or human-centred technology—professionally or personally
