Job Overview:
We are a growing fencing and landscaping company seeking a motivated, tech-savvy individual who understands social media culture and can help us engage with our audience online. You will also assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to support our team. This role is perfect for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Marketing:
* Manage and grow our Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook accounts.
* Create engaging content, including Instagram Reels, videos, and posts.
* Assist with email and text marketing campaigns to reach new and existing customers.
* Monitor engagement and analytics to suggest improvements.
Administrative & Operations Support:
* Enter data accurately into our systems and CRM.
* Learn and use company software systems for scheduling, reporting, and customer tracking.
* Assist with email communication and customer follow-ups.
* Support the marketing strategy by researching trends and competitors.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Comfortable with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
* Strong understanding of trends and what content resonates online
* Basic video editing skills (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
* Ability to learn and use software systems quickly
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
Preferred:
* Previous experience with social media marketing or content creation
* Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
* Interest in landscaping, fencing, or home improvement

Pay: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
