We’re a creative agency focusing on gaming and entertainment industries. We produce videos, websites, marketing, and brand assets for some of the world’s biggest gaming brands.

WHAT’S THE JOB?
We need someone to bring clarity to our creative processes and manage our operations. A seasoned professional familiar with studio workflows, capable of managing resources, budgets, and timelines while rolling up sleeves and getting involved in daily tasks.
This is a senior role responsible for ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and well-managed. You’ll oversee resource planning, system improvements, and workflow optimization, working closely with leadership and clients as needed.
You’ll also be involved in client communication, project oversight, team culture, and strategic planning, helping to grow and improve our studio’s operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage daily and long-term operational health of the studio.
* Implement systems and workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
* Lead resource planning and capacity forecasting.
* Build and optimize delivery pipelines from briefing to completion.
PROJECT & ACCOUNT OVERSIGHT
* Monitor project scope, timelines, and budgets.
* Serve as escalation point and problem-solver.
* Collaborate with clients and creative leads to deliver high-quality work.
CLIENT & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
* Lead delivery for key clients.
* Support proposals, scope writing, and operational planning.
* Maintain clear and professional communication with clients.
* Align client expectations with creative and team capacity.
* Onboard new clients.
TEAM & CULTURE
* Foster a culture of ownership and collaboration.
* Help attract and retain top talent.
COMMERCIAL & STRATEGIC INPUT
* Monitor studio performance and profitability.
* Contribute to business planning and growth strategies.
* Support client pitches with operational insights.
