- What You’ll Do As a Children’s support worker you will support young people with their daily routines; Getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities.
Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.
Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects.
Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.

The young people we support have often had very difficult starts in life, but each of them is unique with their own interests, hobbies, and dreams.
How does your team come together to support the young people and each other? We work closely with a wide network of professionals including clinical mental health workers, social workers, and ‘Be Safe’ teams, ensuring that all aspects of the young people’s wellbeing are supported.
Regular communication and teamwork allow us to create consistent, positive environments for the young people.
We also support each other, sharing knowledge, ideas, and encouragement to keep our care standards high and our spirits strong.
