Your new company You will be working for a construction business in Portsmouth who are looking to increase their headcount through the recruitment of an Accounts Assistant. Your new role Set up of subcontractors on Sage. Input of invoices/applications through Sage Ability to spot potential errors / queries during the input process Set up payless notices for each valuation/invoice received Certification of Invoices and Applications Monthly statement reconciliations Subcontractor payment preparation and reports.
