MMP Consultancy are seeking a detail‑oriented and organised CCTV Administrator on a Permanent basis, based in Kent.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the processing, reporting, and coordination of drainage CCTV surveys. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the drainage industry, either from an engineering background or from administrative support within the sector and who is confident working in an office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce and compile high‑quality CCTV drainage survey reports using industry-standard software, including WinCan (OX19 or OX21 experience highly desirable).
Review CCTV footage and survey data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and client specifications.
Maintain, organise, and archive CCTV survey records and documentation.
Collaborate closely with engineers and field teams to manage workflow, clarify survey details, and ensure timely delivery of reports.
Assist with general administrative duties supporting the drainage department, such as scheduling, document management, and data entry.
Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders regarding survey outputs and project status.
Ensure all reporting meets required quality standards and follows established drainage industry guidelines.
Requirements:
Working knowledge of drainage CCTV surveys, reporting processes, and the interpretation of survey data.
Experience using WinCan software (preferably OX19 or OX21).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with technical information.
Comfortable working in an office-based environment with both independent and team responsibilities
