* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of KS1 or KS2 students.

* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting clear targets for development.
* Support students in their academic and personal development, helping them grow into confident learners.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance curriculum delivery.
* Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on student progress and addressing any concerns.
* Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school activities as required.
KS1/KS2 Teacher Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Previous experience teaching in KS1 or KS2 in a primary school setting.
* Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective assessment methods for KS1 or KS2.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt teaching to meet diverse learning needs.
* A team-oriented approach and commitment to creating an inclusive classroom environment.
* Commitment to professional development and improving teaching practices.
