Working Pattern: Saturday & Sunday position available - Typical hours 08:00 to 17:00.
Position available: 2 (One Saturday and One Sunday)
About Us
Bisley Sporting Rifle is a newly launched branch of the National Rifle Association, managed by British Shooting Ground.
We are a range complex nestled within Bisley Camp, operating 5 ranges and a clubhouse. Our ranges are highly versatile and accommodate a wide variety of customers and booking types.
We host club bookings for dedicated shooting and competitions, provide practice and zero sessions for FAC holders and NRA members, and specialise in group shoots, lessons and corporate events for new shooters or those looking to try something different.
We are currently a small team consisting of a Manager and a Coordinator, managing all aspects of the business in house. After a successful first year of operation, we are now looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join us in what is a challenging and fast paced environment.
Role Overview
Responsible for the smooth and professional operation of the clubhouse and firing points, ensuring an excellent customer experience at all times. The role is primarily reception based but sits at the centre of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Opening the clubhouse and firing points, including setting up tablets
* Communicating with the NRA to open and close ranges
* Managing daily bookings and reception duties
* Providing a high level of customer service and hospitality
* Upselling and add selling where appropriate
* Keeping the clubhouse clean, organised and presentable
* Completing stock takes
* Carrying out ad hoc tasks set by the Manager or Coordinator, for example producing posters, labels, social media and signage as required
Requirements
* Strong customer service and hospitality skills essential
* Confident managing booking systems and daily operations
* Organised, proactive and able to work independently
* Comfortable working in a small team where flexibility is important
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
