This is a full-time hybrid role for a IT and Product Technical Support Specialist at Transcend Information, Inc. The Specialist will be responsible for providing IT, Product, Technical support, Customer support, CAR & FAR support. The role is based in Hemel Hempstead with some remote work allowed. The job will require travel when needed to customer sites or online to support the sales function.
