Role: Graduate Product Development Engineer
Location: Stirling
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Fully onsite role
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 35-hour week (or as required)
Bonus per company bonus scheme
Leave entitlement: 34 days (per annum) Birthday off

Duties Overview:
1. Develop legacy products, modify or redesign circuits from design, prototype to production
2. Build prototype and production assemblies to the required quality standard
3. Manage multiple projects concurrently in relation to new and legacy products
4. Develop new products from initial concept, through design and prototype to production
5. Draft, review and enhance existing product documentation
6. Define manufacturing processes, product and customer support documentation * Support production team
7. Liaise with third party specialists including manufacturers, designers, and software engineers
8. Provide customer support and training, fault diagnosis and design upgrades
9. Complete all company documentation where necessary and maintain all work areas to company standard
Key attributes:
10. Educated to Degree level in an appropriate discipline
11. Good understanding of analogue and digital electronics
12. Project management experience
13. Read and understand circuit diagrams, mechanical drawings and Workplace Instructions
14. Capable of designing and reverse engineering electronic circuit boards
15. numerate, articulate with good written and verbal communication skills
16. a positive, confident and determined approach
17. Detailed and accurate in written and verbal communication
18. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
