Who You’ll Work With
Our learners all have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), with a wide range of additional needs, including:
* Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)
* Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC)
* Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
* And other complex learning or behavioural needs
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging Functional Skills Maths and English sessions (Pre-Entry to Level 2)
* Create high-quality, differentiated learning materials and schemes of work
* Provide regular marking, written and verbal feedback to students
* Track student progress and adapt teaching to individual needs
* Collaborate with SEND professionals to implement and monitor individual support plans
* Participate in enrichment activities (e.g. outdoor learning, creative workshops, group outings) to build rapport and enhance engagement
* Promote inclusion, wellbeing, and positive behaviour throughout the learning journey
* Ensure practice aligns with relevant quality frameworks (e.g. OFSTED criteria)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,140.00-£31,000.00 per year
Schedule:
* Day shift
* Monday to Friday
* No weekends
Experience:
* SEND: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
* Driving Licence (preferred)
