With a fast-growing international presence and upcoming milestones in some of the most important luxury retail spaces in the world, we are now opening only 3 positions in London for exceptional sales professionals ready to be part of something extraordinary.

This is for those who sell with instinct, elegance, and passion — and who understand that true luxury is not just a product, but an experience.

What we are looking for…

Senior Sales Manager who has a proven, undeniable record of moving the needle in luxury retail. Not someone who manages a floor. Someone who owns a number and has receipts to prove it.

You will be responsible for driving revenue at our Regent Street flagship, building relationships with luxury boutiques and retail partners across London and the UK, and setting the standard for what exceptional sales performance looks like in a niche luxury house.

You are the right person if:

• You have a track record of hitting — and exceeding — ambitious retail sales targets in luxury or premium lifestyle brands

• Numbers follow you. You know your sell-through rates, your average transaction value, your conversion rates — and you’re proud of them

• You understand the psychology of the luxury client: patience, presence, and precision

• You’ve worked with or have deep relationships in London’s luxury retail ecosystem

• You’re as comfortable selling a single bespoke piece as you are pitching a wholesale partnership

• You bring energy without noise, and confidence without arrogance

• You are fluent in Arabic, this is a non-negotiable requirement. Regent Street’s clientele includes a significant and discerning Arabic-speaking community, and the ability to connect with them in their own language is not a bonus here, it is the bridge between a good salesperson and an exceptional one.
