1. Start date will be Monday 07th September 2026
2. £28,673 - £31,257 + Company Car / Car Allowance + Up to 3% Bonus + Benefits
3. This is a development role to lead into various managerial positions within our company
4. Contract 24 months - You will be working on structured short-term placements throughout all areas of our Recycling & Recovery business over a 24-month scheme
5. We will develop your understanding of the waste management industry and teach you all aspects of general management
6. There is an expectation of a managerial role upon successful completion of the 24-month programme.
7. There is travel expected in this role and some nights away from home. You are provided with a fully expensed company car. And we will provide and pay for your accommodation.
8. Can be based around RUGBY area
9. There will be an expectation that you undertake a high-level apprenticeship alongside this role.
10. You must have the right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship now or at any time in the future.
