Description: You’ll be the go-to contact for VirPoint clients, ensuring they get the best from our tools, support, and services. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, product understanding, and a client-first mindset.
Responsibilities
* Onboard and educate new clients on platform features
* Manage client relationships and act as the voice of the customer
* Handle inquiries and coordinate with support and trading teams
* Identify upsell and retention opportunities
* Monitor client activity and ensure satisfaction
Requirements
* 2–3 years in account management, fintech, or customer success
* Strong understanding of trading platforms and financial instruments
* Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
* Client-focused, with a proactive approach to service
* Comfortable communicating with high-net-worth clients
