Key Responsibilities Overall accountability for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and extending job offers Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure all candidates are being processed in a timely manner using the system to its full capability Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners i.e job boards and agencies to support talent acquisition efforts Developing and implementing talent strategies to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice Analysing recruitment metric trends to optimise recruitment efforts Working closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies Create a strong talent pipeline working closely with the Learning & Development Manager Manage local education relationships i.e supporting schools, colleges and universities in the local area as well as the attendance of external events such as career fairs Responsibility for managing the Talent Acquisition Budget Create and manage the Agency PSL Train and support hiring managers with recruitment processes Key Skills, Qualities & Experience Proven experience in talent acquisition, or recruitment within a fast paced environment preferably hospitality Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision making Creative thinking and problem solving skills Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) would be advantageous.
