Overview
We are looking for a full time, enthusiastic and customer focused food and beverage supervisor to join our friendly team at The Fox. As one of two food and beverage supervisors, you will help ensure our customers enjoy a warm welcome, receive excellent customer service and a fantastic dining experience. You'll work closely with the Operations Manager to oversee the day to day running of the bar and restaurant, lead shifts and support staff in the delivering the highest of standards we are known for.

Responsibilities
* Supervising and motivation of the front of house team-
* Delivering excellent customer service at all times-
* Ensuring smooth service during each shift and effective communication with the kitchen team-
* Supporting stock control and ordering -
* Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment-
* Key holder responsibilities
* Assisting with cellar duties
* Assisting with the organisation and co-ordination of events
About You
* Previous hospitality or supervisory experience -
* A passion for food and drink
* Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
* A hands-on, positive and team orientated attitude-
* Strong communication and organisational skills-
* Flexibility for working evenings, weekends and banks holidays
