Qualifications
* Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
* Management experience with international/multicultural teams.
* Experience managing SCM teams in fast‑paced technological product firms handling complex and large quality and client SKU matrices.
* Excellent analytical and project execution abilities, with a track record of improving supply‑chain efficiency.
* Advanced MS Excel skills.
* Strong sense of ownership and a positive outlook.
* Excellent detail‑oriented skills and ability to prioritize work with competing deadlines.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Passion and desire for achievement, persistent in seeking value‑creating opportunities.
* Previous exposure to logistics and supply‑chain operations, including EDI, is advantageous.
* Relevant experience in the consumer electronics sector preferred but not required.
