We are currently looking for an experienced Property Management Team Leader to join our PM Hub on a fixed term contract basis.

Key Responsibilities of a Team Leader:
* To manage the relationship between Tenant and Landlord
* Manage the Landlord Portfolio
* Create and maintain detailed, accurate file notes
* Manage day-to-day relationships with contractors
* Progress Damages & Reimbursements
* Achieve objectives and targets set by the management team on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
* Preparation of reports to Senior Management
* Monitoring workload of team.
* Hold monthly 121s with the team
* Oversee training and development of new members of staff
* Handling complaints escalated from the Property Managers/Customer Care
* Comply with all Legislation
Skills & Experience Required to be a successful Team Leader:
* Experience within Estate Agency, Residential Lettings and Property Management
* You will be highly motivated and able to demonstrate success within Property Management
* You will be qualified to ARLA /NFOPP Legal Advanced Level or Equivalent
* Excellent organisation, prioritisation and time management skills and strong attention to detail
* Strong communication, influencing and relationship skills
* High levels of energy, drive and enthusiasm
