Job Title: Store Leader
Location: Andover
Basic Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
OTE: Between £45,000 - £50,000+ per annum
Shift and Schedule: Trading hours are 9 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Saturday & closed Sunday. 5 out of 7 days working pattern.

Role Responsibilities:
* Providing personalized product recommendations based on customer needs.
* Assisting customers in navigating the store, answering questions, and explaining product features.
* Maintaining visual merchandising standards to create an appealing environment.
* Processing transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
* Monitoring inventory levels and restocking as needed.
* Ensuring the store remains clean and organized.
* Creating a welcoming environment with excellent customer service.
* Driving sales by meeting targets and KPIs.
* Leading and motivating the team by example.
* Introducing new ideas and bringing expertise with strong communication skills.
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years in a sales management role.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Valid UK driving license and own vehicle.
* Experience in leading a team to achieve sales targets.
* Proven success in fast-paced environments.
* Passion for technology and staying current with industry trends.
* Consistent high sales performance track record.
