We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join our team at one of our workplace restaurants in Surrey KT7. This is a permanent role, working 32 hours a week, Monday to Thursday, 7am to 3:30pm. You'll join a dynamic kitchen with full creative freedom to design fresh, seasonal, and exciting dishes. This vibrant site offers hot breakfast and lunch, a deli bar, live theatre cooking, an integrated grab & go counter, a salad bar, and fresh cakes daily. As Chef de Partie, you'll take charge of your own section, bringing a solid background in working with fresh ingredients. The site caters for approximately 100 people daily, along with occasional hospitality service. Wilson Vale is an established, quality-led contract caterer. We work in office restaurants, independent schools and at conference venues with the same high-end ethos throughout. As our Chef de Partie, you will: Have excellent people skills Have general knowledge of food hygiene, NVQ level 2 or equivalent Be passionate about food and customer service Have superb culinary skills Have good organisational and communication skills Be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a large team Be eligible to work in the UK You will be able to create and develop our dishes and will assist the Chefs in creation of weekly menus. A knowledge and understanding of the important of stock and food wastage is essential.
