Responsibilities of the Store Manager:
* You will lead and manage the team members, ensuring smooth collaboration and performance.
* Managing staff performance, shifts, duties, holidays, and absences will be part of your daily responsibilities.
* You’ll coach, guide, and develop your team to deliver an extraordinary customer experience and strengthen our brand.
* Completing store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, and following up on results, will be in your scope.
* You will ensure relevant training for team members and foster a shared understanding of C.P. Company’s vision, mission, and values.
Targets and results:
* You will maximize sales potential to meet monthly sales goals.
* Achieving KPIs, sales targets, and delivering strong results will be a key focus.
* You’ll take ownership of sales reporting and analytics.
* Ensuring knowledge and correct execution of company procedures will be part of your role.
* People management will be central to your responsibilities.
* You will contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Staying aware of market trends in the retail industry, understanding upcoming customer initiatives, and monitoring local competitors will be essential.
Retail operations:
* You will guarantee the image of the store and its people at the highest standard at all times, in line with Company guidelines.
* Identifying current and future customer requirements by building rapport with potential and actual customers, as well as other key contacts, will be part of your role.
* You’ll manage stock levels and support HQ in making key decisions about stock control.
* Responding to customer complaints and comments will be among your responsibilities.
* You will monitor the team and ensure up-selling and cross-selling techniques are mastered.
* Managing administration tasks and reporting will be part of your daily activities.
* You’ll guarantee the effectiveness of returns, repairs, and claims procedures.
* Ensuring smooth store operations—including stock delivery, replenishment, regular and year-end inventories, pricing and discount policy, and compliance with legal requirements—will be essential.Ensuring that daily cleaning is of high standard and that all furniture is properly maintained.
* Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
* Ensuring that all visual merchandising practices are executed.
Requirements:
* You have great written and verbal communication skills.
* Fluency in English is required.
* A natural talent for motivating and developing teams will set you apart.
* You hold at least a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
* 3–5 years of retail sales experience are required, along with retail management experience.
* Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills are essential.
* Basic math skills to complete orders, calculate inventory, and manage cash registers.
* You can give clear directions and set expectations for staff.
* Demonstrated ability to lead by example.
