Duties

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders and potential clients.
* Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track leads, manage client interactions, and report on sales activities.
* Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company's services.
Skills
* Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a related industry.
* Strong understanding of CRM software, particularly Salesforce, to manage client relationships effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
* Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
