Overview
Paces Sheffield is a specialist centre and charity for children and adults with neurological conditions. Paces School uses Conductive Education and provides a holistic educational approach which covers all of the main developmental domains. School programmes are embedded through the Conductive Education framework to improve the lives of pupils and enable them to use the skills learned to live as independently as possible.
We are seeking to appoint a committed and inspirational individual to take on the role of Conductor Assistant.
Role and Responsibilities
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm (term-time only). The Conductor Assistant will work within the Conductive Education framework to support pupils and contribute to a holistic educational programme. Specific responsibilities will be provided as part of the on-boarding process.
Key Skills/Qualifications
* Paces School is rapidly growing, so the appointed person will need to adapt to a changing work environment and handle pressure well.
* Experience working with children and/or children with Special Educational Needs is advantageous, however full training will be given.

* Salary: £32,000 to £35,000 Dependent on experience
