Are you the right person for the job?
* It is desirable that the successful candidate has previous experience in the vehicle rental sector, though applications from those with skills in a customer service or administrative role will be considered
* Applicants will have excellent communication skills, both face-to-face, written, and via the telephone
* The candidate must have the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
* Be computer literate
* Have held a full driving licence for a minimum period of 12 months
* Be eligible to work in the UK
What will your role look like?
* Report to the Branch Rental Manager and work as part of a valued team
* Dealing with customer enquiries, allocation of vehicles, coordinating vehicle collection, and deliveries
* Ensure the local team achieves the profit and targets set, combined with running the branch operation in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner
