If you have the skills and experience required, please apply for an immediate response!\n\nThe Role you will be doing;\n\n * Review schedules and facilitate the release of customer’s sales orders and associated documentation.\n\n * Commodity code / tariff code administration\n\n * Facilitate the shipping of customer orders both domestically and international using couriers, freight forwarders,\n customer intermediary and customer portals.\n\n * Assist with Customs Clearance.\n\n * Respond to queries for Contracts, Sales, Customer Services, Quality, Purchasing and Accounts\n\n * Provide information and prepare progress reports as required by the management team.\n\n * Export licensing and compliance\n\n * Support activities that are required for UK government departments, including\n\n * Export Control Unit\n\n * Department for International Trade.\n\n * Record keeping and archiving\n\n * Track process quality issues that prevent on-time delivery\n\n * Support improvement programs for the continued development of the company Quality, Health, Safety &\n Environmental management system\n\n * The role is working Monday – Friday general office hours.\n\nAbout you;\n\n * Well organised and strong administrative and IT skills\n\n * Computer literate and able to use multiple applications\n\n * Previous experience and understanding of customs processes such as: import/ export declarations, VA\n\n * Tariff codes, commercial invoices, incoterms & harmonised tariff code\n\n * Be a self-starter and able to prioritise work by customer due date.\n\n * Great customer service is needed along with strong communication skills.\n\n * Problem Solving\n\n * 2 years' experience in domestic and International shipping\n\n * Experience of courier / freight forwarder / Customer portals
