Job Description
Service Care Solutions are working with a reputable and long-established financial planning firm supporting both personal and corporate clients across the UK. Due to continued growth, the firm are seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join the team.
This role sits at the heart of the business, providing essential administrative and client support to ensure the smooth running of all financial planning activity.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare documentation for client review meetings, including portfolio valuations.
Deliver high-quality client service, responding to enquiries promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate client records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.
Process new business applications and client review paperwork within agreed timescales.
Manage client expectations through clear, proactive communication.
Support advisers and paraplanners to ensure seamless delivery of client outcomes.
Uphold compliance standards across all activities and documentation.Candidate Criteria
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an IFA or financial planning administrative role.
Confident using multiple investment platforms and financial planning systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational ability with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Basic understanding of financial products and financial planning processes.
