Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to existing B2B clients to present our cybersecurity solutions. Engage in consultative dialogues to understand clients' current security challenges. Qualify leads based on established criteria and arrange appointments for our sales team. Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in our CRM system. Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns, events, and inbound inquiries. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for calls, conversations, and appointments scheduled. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimise outreach strategies.
