Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024 BioNow Business Growth Award Winner 2024 ​ The Opportunity: Reacta Healthcare are currently recruiting for an assistant to join the Quality Department. The role of the Quality Assurance Assistant is to provide comprehensive, efficient, professional quality administration to support Quality Assurance activities. This role is administrative in focus, working closely with the QA Manager and wider QA team to maintain critical quality systems, support product release, and assist with day-to-day QA operations. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills are key to success in this role. ​ Key Accountabilities Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS). Contribute to the development of new systems that will improve the Quality Management System and supporting activities Complete general administrative tasks such as typing, photocopying, scanning, filing, tracking, and archiving of controlled documents Administer training records, including tracking training compliance and maintaining accurate training matrices. Assist in the review and compilation of batch manufacturing documentation for batch release. Perform data entry and management of QA records to ensure audit readiness. Assist with preparation for internal and external audits. Liaise with other departments to support compliance and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide administrative support for Quality meetings. Provide support with ad hoc project work, as required by the team or the wider business ​ Essential Skills, Qualifications and Experience Essential Skills To be successful in this role, applicants need to have the following essential skills and experience: Previous administration experience Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to develop relationships internally and externally to the business. Computer literate (Word, Excel, MS Office). Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under own initiative Excellent literacy skills to GCSE standard or equivalent Willingness and desire to learn and take part in areas and projects outside of the scope of the role. Desirable Skills Previous admin experience in a pharmaceutical company Working knowledge of good manufacturing practice Do you want to feel inspired every day?
